The time to post this was last September! We are now in a position of meeting a rubric that we cannot go backwards to comply with. As an educator I always felt that a rubric was a tool to guide the learner to fulfill the requirements , this rubric was clearly written to hold teachers back. The next time I give an assessment to my students, I will not inform them of what they should do to meet the goals but rather I will hand them a rubric with their bad grade just to let them know what they could have done.
