BFT members are encouraged to support and participate in two separate actions to support union workers and push back against corporations that put profit before people.

The first is a strike at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London. Hospital workers are going on strike over the Thanksgiving weekend. There has not been a strike at a Connecticut Hospital is more than 30 years, and local news media is expected to cover the event closely. Get more info and follow developments here and at http://iamlandm.org
