Cigna and the BOE are sponsoring a series of Wellness Fairs. They will be held at Greene-Hills on 1/29/13 from 2:30-6:30 PM, and at the BOE offices on 1/31/13 also from 2:30-6:30 PM.

$25 gift cards (Visa/Mastercard) will be given to all employees who take the biometric screenings. $25 gift cards will also be given to employees who complete the Cigna health assessment online. Personally identifiable health information will NOT be shared with the BOE. Instead, only aggregate information will be provided to the BOE (i.e. how many employees smoke, have high cholesterol, etc) so they can better tailor future programs for current Bristol employees.

Employees and their spouses are welcome to attend and participate in screenings and activities, but only employees will be eligible for raffles and gift cards.
